Zu Bi 祖弼 is a fictional character, presumably created by Luo Guanzhong, who appears in chapter 80 of the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Biography[]
Zu Bi served the Han and was the Keeper of the Seal of State. He was present when Cao Hong and other officials demanded that Emperor Xian abdicate to the throne to Cao Pi. When Cao Hong demanded that Zu Bi give them the Imperial Seal, he refused to present it, and Cao Hong ordered him removed and executed, he kept protesting until his death.[1]
