Fuyun 浮雲 was a leader among the Black Mountain Bandits. “Fuyun” is a nickname, meaning “Floating Clouds”.

Fuyun was a leader among the Black Mountain bandits from Taihang range in Chaoge county, Henei.

As with many other Black Mountain bandits, not much is known about Fuyun. He served Ox-horn Zhang, and in 185 A.D. he followed his leader in an attack on Yingtao. During the attack Ox-horn Zhang was shot and died. He told Fuyun and his other men to take leadership from Flying Swallow Zhang.[1] What Fuyun's role as a Black Mountain bandit chieftain was, after this point, is not known.
