Deng Mao 鄧茂 is a fictional character, presumably created by Luo Guanzhong, who appears in the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms and various Three Kingdoms games by Koei.
Biography[]
Deng Mao served as a colonel for Cheng Yuanzhi. He too participated in the Yu attack, but was killed by Zhang Fei, who joined Yu's volunteer army. He was the first victim of Zhang Fei's fabled Serpent Spear.[1]
